Drive strategy and the Commercial development of Dubai’s large scale Hub, Drilling, and EPC long term contractual businesses by developing and maintaining relationships with global Key target and existing accounts of Industrial Projects.
Manage Implants in Strategic accounts and complete end to end accountability for the commercial management and operational performance of accounts.
Manages assigned Major and Large Accounts for Industrial Projects and ensure YoY revenue/GP growth.
Ownership in the development of new Drilling sector clients and large complex EPC contracts
Retain or extend contracts with existing project and Drilling sector clients in IP porfolio
Responsible for major RFQ’s and implementations with new and existing customers
Lead as business owner in directing and ensuring proper operational handover in the implementation phase to meet customer expectations (SLA’s & SOP’s)
Delivers the regional and/or country customer budget by maintaining a healthy pipeline, good
contractual performance and proactive solution selling
Works on regional customer initiatives and for implementing global projects from the Network in line with global/regional offices
Updates executive management sponsors at regular intervals, ensuring they have an awareness of business critical issues and executes global/regional sector strategy on country level (as aligned with global sector structure)
Ensure all KPI’s are maintained as per agreed SLA’s with hub related clients
Take full ownership as primary contact for Escalation management and resolution
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales / KAM / Hub Management
Deep knowledge of the forwarding industry (AFR/OFR, BB, CL) and business models.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Conceptual thinking and analytical skills
