Responsibilities:

  • Define the coverage requirements and drive the execution to achieve it.
  • Plan for the ideal team setup, communicate and ensure the right team is in place.
  • Monitor, motivate, coach, and support the teams.
  • Provide feedback from the market on competitive activities.
  • Drive the cycle priorities and expert marketing programs.
  • Efficiently deploy and monitor the budget.
  • Take ownership of delivering the sales target.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage the KOL for each category.
  • Build a robust relation with dedicated therapeutic associations in each market of his/her area on both scientific and professional bases.
  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Create and implement sales programs by developing field force action plans.
  • Create and implement CDA with key accounts and track the performance.
  • Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in same position.
  • Managing teams and have tasks to work with teams.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good Planning & organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately with minimum direction.
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes when necessary.
  • Knowledge of the HCP landscape.
