Responsibilities:
Assisting in the installation of new GPS equipment
1. GPS device configuration during new installation
2. Creating GPS configuration templates
3. Creating customer accounts
4. Project planning and installation control

Customer care and support on a daily basis
1. Answer support queries
2. Solve problems remotely or if needed send the technical team
3. Escalate problems to the Development department if needed
4. Give software training to customers
5. After sales support and monthly follow-ups

GPS equipment inventory management
1. Monthly equipment inventory management
2. Technical team evaluation and efficiency monitoring
3. Ordering new equipment

Professional Skills:
Excellent customer relation skills in order to provide flawless support for them
Proficient in Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Linux
Good working knowledge of all desktop applications and malware applications
Good knowledge of GPS/GSM technology

Personal Skills:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Good phone and email etiquettes
Willing to work in a flexible schedule
