Job Summary:      Looking for an Office Messenger in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

  • Share out mails as well as other documents to various offices
  • Run errands between offices as required
  • Carry out photocopying, scanning duties and assist in organizing documents
  • Collect mail from post office as well as other locations as instructed by the supervisor
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Should at least be a high school graduate
  • The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of proven experience in the same role
  • Should be organized and a good time manager
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Ability to use GPS in the phone for route planning
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license
  • Should be able to speak clear English
  • Must be familiar with UAE routes and locations
  • Basic computer skills required
