Job Summary

Sales Executive’s basic responsibility is to sell the products and services offered by the company. He/She should meet all sales objectives, handle all administrative aspects of the sale including finding the leads, introducing over the phone, conduct the meeting and follow up until the Order Confirmation.

Responsibilities

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Provide high-level direct client contact.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Develop new markets as needed.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Objectives setting, Training, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain a maximum profit margin.
  • Assist sales team for meeting and Sales closing.
  • Do the Market research.
  • Advise and discuss special campaigns/promotions required for the market.
  • Gather customer information and make sure the customer database is up-to-date for all the business communications.
  • Keep an update of the market and our product.
  • Follow up for customer enquire.
  • Receive customer inquiries, complaints.
  • Update weekly reports for existing clients prospected contacts and In Funnel accounts.
  • Proven commitment to follow through with what you begin is essential.
  • Additional Responsibility: As Assigned by the Department Head

Minimum Educational Qualification: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing

Minimum Experience: 3-5 Years UAE in IT Industry/ GPS Tracking Solutions

Monthly Salary: AED 5,000

Candidates having experience in the same field will only be considered.
