Overview

The IPRA & Customer Service Specialist (/manager) ME 2 is responsible for the coordination between the sales force in t he area and the services and operations in the EMENA headquarters of Kemin Animal Nutrition & Health in Belgium. This person will be based in Cairo, Egypt.

He/she:

  • is supporting the commercial activities of the sales employees

  • is managing all internal sales office activities and sales order processing,

  • is monitoring customers’ feedback to ensure customer satisfaction,

  • does the follow up of local registration activities with distributors/local authorities and provides appropriate technical support to the registration process when it is needed

  • communicates effectively with IPRA to ensure a smooth and on time registration process.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key contact person, internal co-ordination and administration to support the sales activities of the region

  • Provide timely and accurate customer services, secure that procedures are being followed

  • Investigate and co-ordinate customer credit applications in co-operation with the financial department

  • Maintain the administration and the customer files for the sales area

  • Timely and accurate communication, administration and documentation on customer services and sales activities (internally and externally)

  • P erform direct registration in the country of residency upon request from and in collaboration with IPRA

  • Collect information on product s registration requirements for all countries within the region .

  • Communicate effectively with IPRA, local authorities, the customers/distributors to follow up the local registration process and shipments release

  • Provide technical support with local authorities to ensure on time and smooth registration & shipments release

  • Ensure smooth order processing with optimal economic efficiency and maximum customer service .

  • Proactively participate in order prediction by running reports and contacting customers

  • Plan shipments and provide instructions to the warehouse on the preparation of deliveries

  • Collect, check and maintain information on master data for logistics (e.g. products, customers, contracts), communicate changes to the system controllers

  • Keep accounts receivable in line with the countries’ requirements

  • Communicate effectively with the logistics department to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

  • Assist the sales team with necessary information to ensure optimum performance

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION

Bachelor degree in agricultural engineering or veterinary medicine with proven experience in registration .

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERI ENCES:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic

  • PC literate (Office suite: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook), knowledge of ERP, CRM and SharePoint are a plus .

  • Team player, excellent communication skills with people from different cultural backgrounds

  • Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs

  • Takes initiative
