Epson are recruiting for Head of Marketing Services MEA, the Head of Marketing Services will lead and help develop Epson’s Strategic and Tactical Market proposition throughout Epson’s offices in the Middle East and Africa region.
The Head of Marketing Services leads the local marketing teams across MEA and works closely with the Central Marketing team and Sales leaders to set the local marketing strategy, ensuring that all local marketing activities contribute to the wider business plans.
You will be responsible for collaborating closely with the central marketing team to deliver Epson’s B2C & B2B marketing plans including Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, Channel Marketing, Events, PR, Advertising and supporting the Sales Teams.
You will be a senior lead, a critical thinker and passionate advocate for setting direction with an international mindset. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of engaging at a senior level and cascading strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to a local country level.
This role is based out of our Dubai offices, with travel to the region.
•Manage the local marketing teams across MEA to ensure that marketing plans are developed and implemented in line with the agreed strategy
•Work closely with the central marketing team to ensure local requirements are appropriately communicated
•Provide detailed input to the development of the strategy as part of the marketing leadership team
•Work closely with the central marketing team to build the marketing plans
•Plan, manage and forecast local marketing budgets across all MEA regions
•Manage processes and reporting to ensure compliance and achievement of agreed KPIs
•Ensure ROI for all local marketing activities achieves the required results
•Identify areas of improvement, implement best practice and reduce duplication across all regions
•Gain input from senior stakeholders across the region and ensure the requirements are implemented locally
•Lead a team of marketing professionals ensuring that resources are optimized
•Work with the local teams to ensure the effective rollout and ongoing management of channel partner programmes
•Ensure that channel insights are used to develop activities that deliver increasing ROI
•Drive and develop local PR & social media strategies, campaign and initiatives, working with the central team and with the support of local agencies to improve the public perception of Epson in line with business objectives
•Ensure the knowledge of PR & Social Media is proactively developed both in knowledge of the teams and implementation of initiatives
Optimise the planning, management and evaluation of local events (brand / content / consistency)
•Provide regular reporting to stakeholders
