Job purpose: 

 

To develop and maintain the marketing strategies for leading Italian Dermo-cosmetic Brand “ Bionike ” “no 1 in Italy” in the Egyptian market, via management both Categories, “Consumers- medical makeup” in addition to “Medical skin-care portfolio “

 

I . Job requirements:

  • Gender: Female / Age : 30:38 Years / Residency: Cairo/Giza.
  • Experience: A- 0:3 years’ Experience in a similar position in another National/Multi-national Company / B- Dermo-cosmetics or FMCG products / C – understanding for Dermatology specialty motives & needs.
  • Education: University degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary medicine, or business
  • Desirable Training: Digital Marketing / MKT courses (preferable MBA holder) 
  • Languages: Good command of English languages 
  • Computer: MS Office: Good-excellent 

 

Major Accountabilities:

  1. Execute annual product marketing plans to achieve share, volume, and profit objectives.
  2. Develop programs tailored to dermatologists and Concerned stakeholders.
  3. Conduct various analyses (i.e., category, ad-hoc market research, program evaluation for ROI, etc.). 
  4. Control and monitor the development of sales, profit, and market share vs. the annual business plan. 
  5. Proactively monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing programs, competitive information, market trends, customer needs, healthcare professional communication, and product performance in order to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
  6. Monitor the Trading Terms of respective account / Pharmacy and ensure the promotion activities deployed by the Channel Trade Marketing team are executed as planned to drive sales-out.
  7. Develop and deliver various presentations for management, sales organization, and trade customers updating all decision-makers on the progress and status of product marketing plans.
