Job Description

Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and operating switchboards.
Processing of customer bookings and cancellations
Making invoices, daily and monthly schedules
Assist in resolving in any administrative problems
Maintain logs, records and files manually and electronically
Registering and Resolving customer complaints
Managing customer database
Compiling status reports related to customer service issues. –
Monitor and Vehicle Tracking through our GPS system –
Ensure that company policy and procedure are followed by all staff – Other duties as and when assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
