Job Title :– Booking Coordinator – Cleaning Services

Location – Dubai ( UAE )

Job Description – 

  • · Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and operating switchboards. 
  • · Processing of customer bookings and cancellations 
  • ·  Making invoices, daily and monthly schedules 
  • · Assist in resolving in any administrative problems 
  • · Maintain logs, records and files manually and electronically 
  • · Registering and Resolving customer complaints 
  • · Managing customer database 
  • · Compiling status reports related to customer service issues. –
  • · Monitor and Vehicle Tracking through our GPS system –
  • · Ensure that company policy and procedure are followed by all staff – Other duties as and when assigned
