Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Company strategies are correctly and uniformly implemented.

  • Carry out sales calls, targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency.

  • Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company’s products where possible.

  • Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.

  • Provide on-site support to the distributor sales force for product presentation to key customers and roll-out of sales strategies

  • Develop, implement, and update product training to distributor team, with follow up on an ongoing basis.

  • Identify and create a strong loyal relationship with all KOLs and decision makers.

  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company’s products where possible.

  • Focusing on growing and developing existing customers, together with generating new business, and playing an integral role in new business opportunities.

  • Create and ensure the implementation of business plans for all current and opportunity retail and tender business.

  • Manage the relation with distributors’ teams, and ensure the proper support including trainings, sales follow up and field support visits.

  • HCP event management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or veterinary medicine

Medical background is mandatory

Relevant industry experience (Diabetes Care Products): 3-5 years

Experience in handling KOLs and key accounts
