We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist with robust selling expertise with the Air Freight Product to join our team. One who vigilantly sees an opportunity in a potential customers’ key Air Freight challenges and translates it into a win-win solution for our potential customer/s and ourselves as we focus on Solving their Challenges for a Better Tomorrow.

Key Scope of the role:

  • Bring on-board 3 New Air Freight customers / month across all key Trade Lanes with a min. required Revenue / GP/ month / Customer ensuring a top line of 30X/Month.
  • Create a healthy customer base/ product portfolio by equally selling all existing Air Freight Products/ Solutions – IMP, EXP. Trans-shipments, Multi Model Freight Solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an aggressive pipeline of 360X at all times.
  • Increase our win ratio by 30%/ month ensuring a sustainable GP of 3X/month.

 

Requirements

  • Exceptional Air Freight Product and Selling knowledge.
  • Robust Air Freight selling experience of 3-5 years.
  • Sound undesrstanding of the Fright Forwarding Industry.
  • Insightful understanding of Air Freight Customers/ Market & its sales cycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Well exercised analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well with Air Freight Product Timelines.
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate deep Customer Ownership and Centricity.
